Covid-19 Shipping Delays

Important Current Shipping InformationAll parcel carriers are experiencing delays due to unprecedented package volume and COVID-19 staffing issues. Our warehouse is working around the clock and shipping out orders as fast as possible while maintaining strict COVID-19 protocols to ensure everyone's safety. We truly appreciate everyone's support during these crazy times.

 

Tracking Updates: Tracking information is taking longer to update once it leaves our facility. Rest assured that your package was shipped when you received a shipping notification and it is with the carrier. Unfortunately parcel carriers (USPS specifically) are taking much longer to scan items to their next destination. So you may experience delays with tracking updates after your item has left our facility. But again, your package is 100% with the carrier and will update as it moves within their system. 

Please know that the lack of tracking updates is as frustrating for us as it is for you. We are constantly in contact with our carriers and are pushing them as much as possible. 

 

Items Marked 'Ships in 3-5 Business Days'Please note, selecting an Expedited shipping method at checkout will not speed up the production time required for your order. Your order will ship by this method as soon as your order is ready to ship out.

 

Items Marked 'Ships in One Business Day': These items will continue to ship out from our New York warehouse within one business day of purchase; as they are fully stocked and there is no need for production.
