The Backstage Pass Rewards Program lets you earn points on purchases and actions, redeem them for discounts, and unlock VIP perks as you spend more.

Backstage Pass Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Backstage Pass Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Earning Points

You can earn Backstage Points through eligible actions, including:

  • Placing orders

  • Creating an account

  • Celebrating your birthday

  • Following or engaging on social media

  • Submitting reviews, photos, or videos

Order Points

  • You earn 5 points for every $1 spent

  • Points are calculated on your order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts)

Points Delay

  • Points from purchases are pending for 30 days

  • This allows time for returns or cancellations

  • Points become available after this period

2. Redeeming Points

  • 500 points = $5 off

  • Rewards are issued as discount codes

  • Minimum order value may apply (currently $30)

Using Rewards

  • Rewards can currently be combined with other discounts or promo codes

  • This policy may change at any time

3. Returns & Adjustments

  • If an order is returned or canceled, the points earned from that order will be removed

  • If you used points on a purchase that is later refunded, those points may not be reinstated

4. VIP Tiers

Customers unlock VIP tiers based on calendar-year spend

General Admission

  • Entry tier for all customers

  • Earn points and access rewards

Backstage Pass

  • Unlock at $200/year spend

  • Includes bonus points and enhanced perks

All Access

  • Unlock at $500/year spend

  • Includes higher rewards, early access, and VIP-only offers

Tier Rules

  • Customers have one calendar year to qualify

  • Tier benefits and thresholds may change at any time

5. Referral Program

  • Refer a friend and both receive rewards

  • Rewards are issued after the referred customer completes their first purchase

Referral Rules

  • Self-referrals are not allowed

  • Creating multiple accounts or abusing the system is prohibited

  • Fraudulent activity may result in revoked rewards

6. Points Expiration

  • Points currently do not expire

  • We may introduce expiration policies in the future

7. Account Use & Abuse

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred

  • Abuse of the Program (including exploiting loopholes or creating multiple accounts) may result in:

    • Points removal

    • Account suspension

    • Removal from the Program

We reserve full discretion in determining abuse.

8. Program Changes

We may update or modify the Program at any time, including:

  • How points are earned

  • Redemption values

  • VIP tiers and perks

  • Discount stacking rules

Changes may be made without prior notice.

9. General

  • Participation in the Program is optional

  • The Program is void where prohibited

  • All decisions regarding the Program are final
