Start your return online to receive a QR code, locate a Return Bar near you, and drop off your unused items — no box or label needed. You can also choose to print a prepaid USPS label and mail your return instead.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process international exchanges at this time.
