MY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE WAS CONFIRMED DELIVERED IN NEW YORK. WHAT'S HAPPENING?
What you are seeing is the tracking showing delivery to the international mail sort facility in New York. Your package is in the process of being assigned a new international tracking number from USPS. As soon as the international tracking number is applied to your package, you will receive an email with your new international tracking link. This link will update as the package moves along in the postal system. Unfortunately USPS has been experiencing delays within their system due to Covid-19. Please be patient. Very sorry for this inconvenience.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Once an item is processed within the stated time frame, the shipping method selected at checkout will be used to ship your order. For example, if the 'Availability' section shows 'Ships in 3-5 Business Days' and Expedited shipping is selected, the order will ship via Expedited shipping speed after the 3-5 business days processing time required.
When placing an international order to outside of the USA, please be aware that any import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the international shipping price.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY SIZE REQUEST?
Unfortunately once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or edited. As the order is immediately sent to our production facility for processing. Most items are made-to-order and therefore cannot be canceled or edited once they enter the production queue.
