International Orders
If your tracking says “Delivered in New York,” don’t worry — your package has reached the U.S. international mail facility. It’s being assigned a new tracking number before leaving the country.
You’ll receive an updated tracking link once it’s active. Thanks for your patience!
Order Processing
Most items ship within 3–10 business days (Monday-Friday), depending on the design.
Check the “Availability” section on each product page for exact processing times.
Once your order is ready, it ships using the method selected at checkout (Standard or Expedited).
International customers: Import duties or customs fees are not included in checkout totals and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Changes
Because orders start processing immediately, we can’t cancel or edit them once placed. However, we can edit a shipping address if the order has not shipped. Please contact our Customer Support team with the new address information as soon as possible to make the change.
If you need a different size or design, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days after your order arrives.
