International Orders
If your tracking shows “Delivered in New York,” don’t worry — your package has reached the U.S. international mail facility and is being assigned a new tracking number. You’ll receive an email once it’s updated.
Shipping Times
Most orders ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the design.
Check the “Availability” section on each product page for estimated processing time.
International customers: import duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Changes
Because production starts immediately, we can’t cancel or edit orders once placed. We can edit a shipping address if the order has not shipped. If you need a different size or item, you can request a return or exchange after your order arrives.
